Returns
We accept returns under specific circumstances.
Before returning any item, please contact us at debbie@lggoatmilksoap.com so we can discuss your options as outlined below.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging.
We accept returns for the following situations:

Defective products: If your product is defective, please contact us so we can discuss and resolve the issue.

Products damaged during shipping: Please contact us with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
The total value of any resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase.
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to personal preference.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
